Let start with the kwek-kwek from the boiled quail egg and going to fried with the flour. kwek kwek are 1 of the famous street food in the Philippines.

Kwek-kwek have a sauce, sweet and chili sauce and one of my favorites is vinegar with cucumber, onion and chili.
Tomorrow I want to try the Big version of kwek-kwek also know as Tokneneng.
